Location is spectacular and I enjoyed functional rooms and absolutely amazing staff. Abundant breakfast, incredible service. All in all it's neat place, they have perfect beds. It has cafe bar, serving cool drinks.

Aesthetic place to stay while in Porto. I liked the lobby, it was elegant. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

The room was very clean and big! The hotel was situated in the central location. Moreover, it's so close to the heart of the city. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Tapabento that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

We enjoyed staying at 31 De Janeiro. Our double room was decorated in the Colonial design. Furthermore, they had free WiFi. The hotel's setting was very central😃👌

There was no elevator.
